Required Texas Workforce Commission Regulatory Statement:

The Horn Drafting & CAD Center is a licensed proprietary school with a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission.  Our programs have been approved and regulated by the State of Texas since 1972.  Our school number is SO129.

Any student with a concern or grievance can be heard through the school's normal procedures as outlined in the school catalog.  Any student in Texas, who is dissatisfied with a school's response can file a formal complaint with the Texas Workforc Commission at http://csc.twc.state.tx.us/ .
